Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout.
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been closed per the deadline mentioned in the product description. If the Preorder date has passed, then you can't cancel the order. We do not issue returns or refunds unless the item is defective.  Please inspect the item upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issue with your order.
